Taking end suction pumps to a new level

The Lowara e-NSC end suction pumps combine high efficiency with high flexibility regarding installation, material options and temperature. This make the e-NSC the natural choice for water transport, hydronic heating and chiller systems, fire protection systems and a vast number of industrial applications.

High efficiency

New designed high efficiency hydraulics well exceeding the ErP2015 level and IE3 motors set the basis for very low operation costs. To optimize the operation costs further, the e-NSC can be equipped with a Hydrovar variable speed pump controller (up to 45 kW). In installations with a big variance in the demand, it can save up to 70% of the energy cost compared to a fixed speed pump.

Long service life and easy maintenance

Robust design, different bearing frame sizes and stainless steel replaceable wear rings ensure a long service life. The e-NSC is also designed for easy maintenance and all service points are easy reachable to reduce downtime.

Exactly the right configuration

The e-NSC is the right solution for 1000’s of liquids. Materials options spans from cast iron to duplex stainless steel and different mechanical face seal options.

The e-NSC end suction pumps come in three different configurations:

  • Frame mounted (bare shaft or complete with coupling and motor)
  • Stub shaft
  • Close coupled for compact footprint


The new e-NSC series is the result of the close collaboration between our customers and us; the new range has been redesigned and improved to meet the Commercial Building Services (CBS) requirements, in terms of performances and energy saving.
In addition the new e-NSC series can be customized to meet the needs of the Industry segment, keeping the quality in the production and the continuous reliability and robustness in the operation

Pump design

The new e-NSC series is a centrifugal end-suction electro-pump with single-stage (except the two-stage NSC2 models), axial flanged suction port, radial flanged discharge and horizontal shaft. The e-NSC pumps have cast iron casing and impeller as standard but are also available in a wide range of materials, from bronze to duplex stainless steel, to allow
for various pumping needs.
The pumps are equipped with interchangeable mechanical seals, IE3 efficiency motors, and are designed with a back pull-out configuration (impeller, adapter, and motor can be extracted without disconnecting the pump body from the piping system)
