Description

WATER-PRO: is a line of compact expansion tanks for sanitary hot water with a fixed potable water butyl membrane and internal epoxy coating. These tanks are provided with a stainless steel fitting. MIG welding eliminates any sharp cutting edges inside the tank. The shape of the membrane is designed to avoid any water stagnation and therefore the growth of any bacteria. The stainless steel fitting makes this tank particularly suited for boilers. WATER-PRO can be used in pump systems and as anti-water hammer. Sizes range from 5 to 24 liters (1 to 5.3 UK Gallons). WATER-PRO is certified according to PED 2014/68/EU, WRAS, ACS, IAPMO, and NSF.

Caratteristiche tecniche

Vaso di espansione per l’acqua calda sanitaria, in acciaio al carbonio per una lunga durata. Il sistema esclusivo di saldatura MIG elimina ogni spigolo o profilo tagliente all’interno del serbatoio e previene danni alla membrana e al rivestimento interno. Camera pressurizzata. Valvola di precarica dotata di protezione.
La membrana in butile alimentare isola l’acqua dall’aria. Rivestimento esclusivo interno con polvere epossidica per evitare ogni corrosione.La vernice epossi-poliestere esterna evita la ruggine.Il raccordo è in acciaio inox.

Working

The Zilmet WATER-PRO tank leaves the factory already tested and pre-pressurized.Air and water do not mix eliminating any possibility of “waterlogging” through loss of air to the system water; no corrosion possibility. When the pump starts, water enters the tank as system pressure passes the minimum pressure

preeharge. Only usable water is stored. When the pressure in the chamber reaches the maxi-mum system pressure, the pump stops working.The tank is filled to the maximum capacity.When water will be needed again, pressure in the air side wil/ push the water in the system. Since the Zilmet WATER-PRO tank does not waterlog and delivers the water, minimum pump starts are assured.
