About Mechanical seal Type 32
The cost-efficient Type 32 vessel seal is an outside-mounted balanced single-component seal with self-lubricating seal faces. Neither external cooling nor lubrication equipment or a supply system is required. It is excellent for undemanding mixer applications and for operation in vacuum conditions.

- Debris well option — Isolates and captures face wear particles in gland cavity, preventing contamination of process liquid or gas. Pipe taps allow flushing during cleaning cycle
- Clamped-in mating ring (standard) — Clamped-in design prevents axial movement of mating ring. Mating ring is available in tungsten carbide or ceramic
- “T” bar design — Simple, rugged drive design that withstands constant movement and vibrations of mixer applications. The Type 32 has been designed to ccommodate up to 0.150″ total runout

Product Description Type 32
Type 32 Seals are outside-mounted ID balanced seals with the seal faces in contact during peration. No auxiliary equipment is required for lubrication. These seals are excellent for operation in vacuum conditions, and meet the needs of pharmaceutical and chemical processing industries.
