Line of electric motors from 8” asynchronous, rewindable built in the following execution: – 8I motor sleeve made by AISI 304 and with upper/lower support made by cast iron; – 8IS motor sleeve and upper/lower support made by AISI 304; – 8IX motor sleeve and upper/lower support made by AISI 316. Motor is filled with a water and glycol mixture (freezing point -15°C) guarantees cooling and lubrication of the thrust unit (Kingsbury type self-centering onoscillating pads and graphite spacer ring) and of the bushings; pressure compensation occurs through a rubber membrane located on the lower side and a compensation valve in the upper part, possibility to install the PT100 sensor even subsequently.
Line of 8 ”asynchronous electric motors, rewindable built in the following versions: 8I, 8IS, 8IX. The engine filled up of a mixture of water and glycol ensures cooling and lubrication of the thrust bearing unit and bushings. For applications with inverters or for use with liquids with temperature above 30 ° C insulation in PE2 + PA is available.
